Yes, you can change your password as many times as you wish. Click on
the menu option "Change Password" in the "Security"

password ), New Password and then add New Password again for the confirmation

Click on the menu option "User Profile" in the "Security"
Manu. There are two sub menu options "Add User" and "List
Users". Click on the "Add User" sub menu option. Add User
form will be opened. There are two Tabs in the "Add User" window,
one is about the user general information and other is about the user
privileges for uploaded files ( STDF V3.0, STDF V4.0 ) and TDRs. In the
Add User tab enter First Name, Last Name, Email ( with defined format
), Phone ( with defined format ), Fax ( with defined format ), select
predefined User Group from User Group's drop down list, User Name, Password
and Remarks. Define privileges to the user and then click on the Save
button to save the user in the data base.
How can I assign privileges to the Users in Yield power SQL?
In User Privileges tab of the Add User form you can give rights of different
uploaded data files and TDRs to the users. The files ( Uploaded STDF data
file )and TDRs are displayed in the window in shape of tree, with checkbox
on left side of each File( Uploaded STDF data file )/TDR name. Check the
check box to assign the privileges of that particular File( Uploaded STDF
data file )/TDR to the user.
How can I search the users, saved in the data base in Yield power SQL

). That data file should be STDF file with a defined format.

Click on the menu option "Test Data Report" in the "Maintenance"
Manu. Test Data Report form will be opened. You can view any of the TDR
with its parameters and its linked values. All the defined TDR's are in
the Left Part of TDR Management screen, on selecting a TDR its details
will be displayed in the right hand pane.
How can I define a new TDR?
You can define new TDRs by clicking Add TDR button ( or Alt+A ) in TDR
Management form. Add New TDR form will open, select
already defined template from the drop down list and add different parameter
names.
What are the conditions for entering parameters?
You can not leave TDR Name field empty. Parameter Name should be unique.
User can leave fields of Specification and Sim Performance empty. If you
have entered some Parameters and wants to add a new parameter on top or
in the middle of Parameters, then click on the Add New button ( or Alt+A
) to add a new parameter. Yield Power will add it at the current cell
position. After defining all the parameters click on the Save button then
Yield Power will show a success message that New TDR is defined. And that
TDR Name will be added in the left pan of TDR Management screen where
you can view its details as well. You can also define TDR Date, however
system's date will be displayed by default.
TDR Customization
Can I copy the TDR with data and linking in Yield Power SQL?
Yes, you can copy TDR with data and linking, click on Copy TDR button
on TDR Management then Copy TDR form will be opened. All the existing
TDR are displayed in the combo. Select a TDR and give it a new name. User
can select a copy Date from Calendar Combo. System date will be displayed
by default. Enter an Offset Number and click on the Ok button, the existing
TDR with data and linking will be copied in to a new TDR.
What is Offset
Number in Yield power.com ( Defect Yield Trending Analysis Software )?
Offset Number is a number, which increases or decreases the labels and
links the Label after leaving the number of label you have entered. For
example if the user copies a TDR and enters 2 as the offset number, then
the Yield Power will leave the two labels and link the parameter section
with the third label from the label, which was linked before. And if there
is no third label then it will show the simple hyperlink LINK. And Yield
Power will treat both the labels and parameters similarly. And if you
enter -2 then Yield Power do the same function but replace the labels
with third previous label.
Can I copy a TDR
with new Template in Yield Power ?
Yes, you can copy a TDR with new Template. The entire defined template
will be available in the combo. By changing the Template no linking will
be copied, only the Parameter names and Specification and Sim performance
Values will be copied.

Can I export TDR?
Yes, you can export a TDR from the Yield Power to system. For Exporting
TDR click on Export TDR button on TDR Management form. Select where you
want to save TDR with all its Histograms and specify the file name. Click
on the ok button then the Yield Power will export the TDR with all its
histogram.
